The move from COVID-19 Alert Level 4 to Alert level 3 has resulted in a large increase in mail order volumes across New Zealand. This has resulted in the delivery services becoming temporarily overwhelmed.
Please expect delays of 5 days or more during this time, as well as suspensions of the tracking reports until things return to normal.
