Methods of Payment

Credit card: Visa & Mastercard only when ordering online.

Direct credit: Available for phone and postal orders only.  

Cheque: Available for phone and postal orders only.

Phone orders: Call 0800 1 24680 (NZ), 1800 186 601 (AU), +64 9 8118 952 (International) 

Postal orders: Send to PO Box 60-036 Titirangi 0642, Auckland, NZ.

Freight Costs

We don't aim to make money on freight costs. If your order exceeds NZ$50 we will deliver free to anywhere in NZ including P O Boxes. We also offer free delivery to Australia and the Pacific for orders exceeding NZ$100. Please contact us for a quote for shipping to other countries.

Returns Policy

A full refund will be provided for any goods returned to our warehouse, unopened in their original packaging and within 30 days. Shipping expenses in our direction are not refundable.

If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.

After 30 days returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty.

In addition to the above, all Strauss products carry a 90 day 100% satisfaction guarantee on the first bottle purchased which reads as follows:

If; After trying or consuming your first bottle of any Strauss Herbal Formula you decide not to continue for any reason we will, upon receipt of the original bottlle within 90 days of the original purchase date, refund the purchase price in full.

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Your Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises when you order from this site. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Delivery Times

Orders received by 3 pm will be sent the same day (Excluding Public holidays and weekends). Please allow up to 4 days for  deliveries within NZ, and up to 10 days for International deliveries. Payment by cheque, credit card, or online banking is required with the order. Online banking payments cannot be processed until the next business day.
